Banquet Room Pricing – Affordable Elegance
Room rental pricing includes all guests’ tables and chairs with set-up, buffet set up, 4 hours for load-in and decorating and 4 hours of party time. For a wedding and reception combination see pricing below if the room is needed for rehearsal and early decorating. Standard white or black lap length table linens are available for $7 each. Clients may rent or purchase their own linens.

Wedding and Reception Combination
If you are having a wedding and reception combination and do not rent the chapel but need access to the room on the evening before for rehearsal and decorating, add $600 to the above room rental pricing. This will enable you to have the room for 8 additional hours the day prior to the event. This feature is included in most packages. See Wedding Package amenities for complete details.
Special Considerations
In the event that First Choice Catering does not cater your event an additional $400 fee is added to the above pricing. Catering regulations apply to all outside caterers.
