Coconut Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

10-15 Chicken Tenders or Bites

1 Can Coco Lopez  (Cream of Coconut)

1 Small Bag of Coconut

Directions: 

Fry chicken.  Toast coconut on an ungreased baking sheet until browned.  You may have to stir half way through.  Pour Coco Lopez over fried chicken, and sprinkle with toasted coconut.  Toss until coated evenly.  May be served hot or at room temperature.  Enjoy!!!
