To Add an Additional Vegetable – Add $1.50 to the Dinner Price.
All pricing includes standard glassware and silverware with white linen napkins, one double sided buffet line with chaffers, serving utensils, sterno, decorative platters and display pieces, greenery and buffet table skirting.
For events that require more then one buffet line there is an additional charge of $50.00 per buffet to cover the expense of additional labor and skirting.
Dessert and Coffee can be added to all menus for an additional cost. For a plated seat and serve meal there is an additional charge of $2.00 per person. Adjusted pricing may apply if guest count is lower then 50.
Service charge and sales tax is not included in pricing. Pricing does not include any “caterers fee” that may possibly be charged by the venue of your choice. You should check with your venue to see if this fee is applicable.

Room Rental Price is Subject to Change Depending on Type of Event
All pricing is based on a maximum of 4 hours, An additional charge of $25.00 per quarter hour will be accessed if the 4 hour maximum is exceeded. Refunds are not available for failure to use the entire allotted time. First Choice Catering Banquet Hall closes at 11:45 pm unless arrangements are made in writing prior to the event.
