Ingredients
1 Cup Mayonaise
1 Egg Slightly Beaten
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
¼ Cup Onion, Chopped
8 Water Chestnuts, Chopped
1 Cup Crab Meat, Flaked
1 Cup Cooked Shrimp, Chopped
1 Lb. Potatoes, cooked & diced
½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 T. Butter or Margarine, Melted
Dash Pepper, to Taste
Preheat oven to 350˚ F. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, egg, soup, onions, and water chestnuts. Gently mix in crab, shrimp, and potatoes. Put in a casserole dish (8X8). Combine bread crumbs and butter, and stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the seafood mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves about 6.
