Thanksgiving Special – 2009 From First Choice Catering

If you are planning a Holiday meal for your company or family, we have just the right menu and pricing for you.


OUR BASIC   THANKSGIVING MENE CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:

Any 4 Sides- $ 10.75 per person

PRICING AND TERMS
(Based on a Minimum of 50 People)
The above pricing is based on drop-off and set up only (does not include wait staff).

A $35.00 drop-off and set-up charge will be added to all events.  Client is to provide serving tables, ice, and servers.

First Choice Catering can provide a complete buffet set-up  with tables, buffet linens, chaffers, serving utensils and servers at an additional cost of $1.00 per person or a minimum service fee of $150.00, whichever is greater.  A 50% deposit is due when booking the event, and full payment is due 14 days prior to the event.  Guaranteed minimum numbers are also due at this time.

The above pricing includes standard, disposable dinnerware and plates.  A service charge will be added if First Choice Catering provides all buffet chaffers, buffet linens, serving utensils, and staffing to keep the buffets replenished throughout the event.  Local sales tax added to all pricing.

Beverages are not included in pricing.

Assorted soft drinks, bottled water, and tea can be provided at an additional cost of $1.93 per person.

Coconut Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

10-15 Chicken Tenders or Bites

1 Can Coco Lopez  (Cream of Coconut)

1 Small Bag of Coconut

Directions: 

Fry chicken.  Toast coconut on an ungreased baking sheet until browned.  You may have to stir half way through.  Pour Coco Lopez over fried chicken, and sprinkle with toasted coconut.  Toss until coated evenly.  May be served hot or at room temperature.  Enjoy!!!

Banquet Room Rates

Room Rental- $975

Price Subject to Change Depending on the Type of Event

All pricing is based on a maximum of 4 hours, An additional charge of $25.00 per quarter hour will be accessed if the 4 hour maximum is exceeded. Refunds are not available for failure to use the entire allotted time. First Choice Catering Banquet Hall closes at 11:00 pm unless arrangements are made in writing prior to the event.
